I made this recipe using grated romano and grated parmesan.
My wife was late so it stayed in the oven at least 30 minutes longer than was called for by the recipe (on warm).
It came out as sandy as the grated cheese and bread crumbs are and the top of the squash was dry.
Once it was mixed with the moist squash near the bottom it wasn't a bad texture although it needed salt.
If I make this again I surely will use shredded cheese.
